Just wanted to send out another email regarding your dancer's holiday performance in December.

Your dancer will be dancing Saturday December 3rd at the George Bush Library. We will meet at 10am (in the small auditorium area) and we will perform at 10:30am sharp.

We will be sending out additional information soon to each class but your dancer will be issued a holiday tutu and leotard in November. So look for an email with that information soon.

Please be aware that parking will be crazy as it is extremely crowded at this event so leave a little early to avoid being rushed. They also require you to go through a security line that can be congested so just a heads up on this.

Your dancer will be dancing Friday December 2nd at the Wolf Pen Amphitheater (Christmas in the Park- new location this year). We will meet at 6:15pm (location to be determined as we get closer) and we will perform at 7:00pm sharp.

We will be sending out additional information soon to each class but start looking for a green or red long sleeve holiday shirt. Your dancer's group will dance in black pants and a red or green holiday shirt, tennis shoes and a holiday bow. Again more information on this soon.

What a fantastic first 2 weeks we have had at Expressions. It has been a blast teaching and getting to know all our fantastic dancers these past few weeks. Thanks again for your patience with the crowds and parking at the studio. It should get much better over the next few weeks.

I have some important dates and information to pass along to everyone now that things have slowed down a bit :)

First our annual Dance Recital is tentatively set for Saturday May 12, 2012 at Rudder Auditorium (TAMU campus). We should get the full confirmation in November. We will be ordering costumes for all dancers in early November so on October 31st all costume and recital fees will be due (we will send out a totally separate email on this in a few weeks). If you know that your dancer WILL NOT be in our annual recital please let us know via email or by telling the front desk.

Second, for our holiday performances this year, not all classes will be performing this year due to limited space at the locations. However, we will be offering an opportunity for dancers whose weekly class is not dancing to come on 4 Saturdays to learn a group routine. If you do not see your dancer’s class name below look for a separate email explaining how your dancer can still be in a holiday performance.
